What do you think about "growth services"?

Hello, often some people contact me on IG to know if i'm interested in some growth service and i always ignore them. Only one time i decided to talk with one of them and know more about the service and at the end i tried it but only for 1 day. The package i tried was composed by 1000 history views, 1000 impressions , 10 saves, 200 likes and so on and accounts should have been real and active. People who saw my history had profile pictures and some followers but they seemed to be fake. When i published a post i received a lot of like from people who didn't follow me but the great part of them were russian. At the end, i received the insights in the attached photo. They are good, i didn't have numbers like these since a lot of time but i think that is everything fake, also insights. What do you think about these type of services?

I tried only this service and I don't know if purchase it could be a good idea.. i need something to improve my account because it seems like i'm blocked! Every day i have less engagement, less like, hashtags don't work even if i use (i think) the right strategy ( only # with share between 30/50k and 200/300k etc). Nothing work with my profile! Any advise?

There are panels who have monthly or weekly packages and they send auto all the things whenever someone (who subscribed to it) upload any post. But they are just useless

These guys are just some resellers of Smm Panels,you are lucky you haven't seen the spam these resellers do in some Facebook Groups lol,that's very annoying actually!

Interect with your followers.
Follow other users
Follow 50k+ followers user according to your niche
You need to do many things to make your account active
