First of all, I want to note that you can only share a pixel with a BM
In order to share a pixel, BM must be within the limits of $250/$350/Unlim. BMs with limits of $50 cannot share a pixel. And most importantly, only the account owner can share the pixel, that is, the social account on which the BM was created.
In order to accept a pixel on an account, a payment method must be connected to the account and several bills have been made, often one is enough, but most likely this will depend on the trust of the payment system connected to the account, if after the first bill the letter didn`t allow this, then you need to continue to run ads on your account until there are enough bills to get a pixel. After receiving a pixel, you need to assign it to an advertising account inside the BM.
