Questions:
1. Will the Business Manager account get disabled if my other child BM ads were violating some content policy once in a while?
2. Are all your facebook account with the "for advertising" are the only one that allow advertising? meaning the other can't?

1. There is such a risk, it largely depends on what violations were and how many there were.
2. Any of the accounts can be suitable for advertising, but all of them need to be warmed up. FB accounts "for advertising" need to be warmed up for 2 days before you can rud ad or create BM, the rest can take a week or more to warm up.
