I have an outlook email account creator (private) I was wondering the same thing.

5000 is pretty small. If they are genuine subscibers, you're best using mailchimp..Inbox rate is one of the best...
or you can self host sendy + Mailgun/ Mailjet/ Amazon SES.

I generally use SMTP Servers for sending high volume 1m+.
Can rotate as many as 20-40 SMTP servers for this.

I won't say 95%. But you need good vps...& You still have to practice list management...
Your creator built with python? How many accounts you can get with it?

you can also go for gmass or mailshake for emailing 5000 list. Split it into multiple accounts or go for mailwhizz/custom server option.

Built with C#, well with my proxies, I can do about 2k-ish? Give or take a few hundred, if I combined my other proxy sources I'm sure I could go higher. The great thing about these outlooks is I noticed they only have 1 captcha on first mail then u can send more without it....and no phone verify requirement until 7 days after!
