Hi, for hosting what do you suggest, do we need much space or bandwidth for this? I want to get an offshore VPS I assume.. just not sure what kind of package I would need, or would normal offshore hosting work just fine as well

I suggest getting a basic vps plan from flaunt7 or any offshore hosting you want.
For pop ups - Use Propeller ads, for CPA lockers use, Ogads or cpabuild. Keep your focus on one method(popups and locker) What you really need is massive traffic. The script does a good job automatically loading movies and giving it the best conversions.

I will help you configure locker and pop ups for every movie. You can't edit movies manually. It loads form TMDB database.
