Multiple Bank accs with PayPal

Hey suppose its an UK Paypal acc, is it okay to connect an Australian bank account for withdrawal?

And, can paypal see whose name is attached with the bank account? I mean can the name in paypal account and the bank account differ?

As I know, ach transfer is anonymous, how do they know the bank account name

I used to connect a Hong Kong PayPal with a us bank account,but the name is not the same
This is only once, I never succeed after this time
