Well since you're using wordpress, instead of buying articles, you can create moderator accounts and let people put their own articles and share the ads revenue tracking each account earnings or post earnings.
More they write, more you earn and more they earn.

There is a way to do this, a lot to read on google.

I opened this thread just to get it inspired to make the 100$/day from one of my news sites ( and sorry for my poor English)

Details about the News site
- Domain Registered in 2015
- Running in Wordpress
- Google News approved , Most of the articles index within few hours.
- Mostly popular in Third world country
- The site is in English Language
- Making few $$ from adsense
- There are more than 1000+ articles ( Most of the articles have word count of less than 500)
- Technical Niches
- Hosted in VPS
- Have organic facebook followers of 140 K+ , Facegroup with 5K+, Instagram followers 5K+ (Almost all followers from third world country)
- Traffic right now ( Direct, Google News and social media)


What I have done before July 2020
- I opened this site as a hobby on 2015, which became viral in my country in one year. Site was making $30-$70/month with adsense before.
- I hired some guys in past to write articles in English ( word count less than 500 per articles)
- Never bought any back-links till now, Site has organic backlinks of around 3,237 , Most of the backlinks are from Wikipedia. There is one backlink from forbes too (Manually checked), But as per the ahrefs the backlinks from forbes not yet indexed.


At the end of July and in August 2020 ( The visitor increased by 200% , earning increased)
- changed the wordpress theme to Generatepress premium
- Installed the Plugin Smush Pro and Yoast Seo Premium
- Installed the OneSignal Web Push Notifications (More than 4500+ has already subscribed till now)
- Bought the Wordpress Optimization service from one of the service provide from BHW (Not delivered yet)
- Publish 4 articles with 1500+ word count ( 2 articles already ranked in 1st page of google without backlinks)

I do keyword research myself using Google, Competitor analysis, Ubbersuggest and ahrefs (One of the example is)

My plan to success the goal of $100/day
-I already have more than 50+ profitable keyword in my list. I will do more keyword research to get more keywords.
-Will try to post one article per day with word count 1500+ ( I have make a deal with a guy to write in 10$ per article)
-Will invest few bucks in guest post, press release and others
- My niches seems to be good for quiz too, so I already bought the Quiz plugin from se900se . Will install the plugin and will create more than 20 quiz and will rank those.
- Will make a email list using Sendinblue.



I will try my best to keep this thread updated at least once a day

The site was approved in google news in 2016, I think at that time it was easy to get approved, I didn't do anything to get approved, Just submitted the site in google news.

UPDATE

I have updated today with 3 post ( 1 articles with more than 1300+ word, One Press release send by one company (without any links), and one Photo news)

Rejected with Mediavine and and waiting for Adthrive.

My earning has been increased after i replace the ads of hooliganmedia to adsense.



OneSignal Web Push Notifications subscribers increased to 5.5K+


Total Expenses = $129.49

Earning= $350.57

Profit at the moment: $221.08

I am currently on $75/day at the moment .

UPDATE

I have updated today with 3 post ( 2 articles with more than 1300+ words free of cost that has been send by my users, 1 photo news)

I checked keywords serp status, most of them already ranked in Google without backlinks



I made one quiz yesterday with Se900se Quiz plugin and earned $13 (Source of Traffic facebook page , FB group and push notification)


Just before I posted the update yesterday, the earnings were $89.25. Later it only showed $78, I don't know how it reduced?


Anyway yesterday website managed to get more than $90




OneSignal Web Push Notifications subscribers increased to 6.7K+


Total Expenses = $129.49

Earning= $454.47

Profit at the moment: $324.98

I am currently on average of $80/day at the moment .

To do list
1.Will create more quiz
2.Will buy some guest post and press release

Previous quiz make another $3 in hooliganmedia, created one more quiz with 10 questions. I joined a five large facebook group with 45K members and warmed the facebook profile and later posted the quiz link too, will see the earning later today.


Anyway yesterday website managed to get more than $78 and today its on the row of $125+

1) Created one reddit account and posted some videos which got viral, The account has 238 Karma, Havent posted a link so far

2) Joined some facebook with 45K+ member and warming up
3) I played with 5 previous articles (Which was posted in my site before 1 year ), edited a lil bit and send with push notification, which increased my traffic
4) Bought the reddit guide from @thescrrr



To do list
1.Will create more quiz
2.Will buy some guest post and press release (Already contacted the BHW service providers)
3.Will play more in reddit account and facebook group, later i will setup one VA for some SEO works, Reddit, Facebook group

Its just with one site. The site was laying since 2015 and i never thought to make money with this site, I am working hardly on this site from June 2020, You can see my earlier post for more details.
I installed a WP plugin (One signal) and send notification to my subscribers.
