Best email marketing tool

Right so I need the power from BHW and the wisdom haha.

Looking to start an email marketing campaign. However I'm not looking for sendgrid of sendinblue kind of thing... I am looking for like a complete marketing managment tools where you send the first email then track down open rates, then send a follow-up email to the ones opened, and another to the ones not opened etc. A/b testing all that kind of beautiful stuff haha. Or even sales, CRM etc.

Any tips what tools work best ?

If you are going for Cold Emailing then there are two options:-
1.Custom Smtp + Email Sender
2.Ready Smtp + Email Sender

As @xcodes said,Atomic Mail Sender is one of the best.Also Sendblaster and Advanced Mail Sender is also good.But what matters the most is your Smtp,cleaned list,bounce rates and spam traps so focus more on these things as almost all Email Sender does the same thing pretty well.

I had a look through atomic but I am not sure if it is the right tool for me, sure it's pretty sick for cold emailing, but I am looking for a more visual pleasing way to keep track of the communication/sales funnels.

Something like:
Send bulk email to list A
----------
How many are opened ...then automatic send email 2 after 5 days to whoever that did not open list .. and send different email after 3 days to whoever that did open the email.... Then same process... Who responded to the third email and then send another email to them...or if they didn't respond...send them another email...

From what I read here and other places when it comes to email marketing...you need to be persistent and consistent and build it up instead of sending 1 bulk email and hoping you get some sales out of it....

So part of this it would also be nice to keep track like okey person B responded to the second email...I then called them up...then I make some notes in it and send some details...

I think the best what described what I need is a multifunnel CRM email program...
Something like Zoho ?

Then your solution is Mailiwzz or Mumara ( My personal would be mailwizz ) with active SMTP ofcourse which allow mass mailing.

Snov.io. Pretty darn good for sending campaigns and tracking shits, the downside is that it doesn't provide SMTP server - you have to use another provider for that.

Bulk email campaigns for best option is build your own smtp server. you can send as you want and can save lot of money.

I've used tons of SaaS email tools - I can say stay away from Mail Chimp.

It's popular, but after about 7 years of using it with clients, I realized that their system leaves so many footprints in the emails that you send that the true inboxing rate is very poor.

It's one thing to send emails, it's another to get it into someone's actual inbox -avoiding spam and promotions tabs. MailChimp has a footprint that most email servers detect and flag as spam or as promotional, which means your emails have less of a chance of being read (even before factoring in subject lines or content).

I've been trying a few - including a dedicated IP with sendgrid, and it makes a huge difference. Same subject line & email content performs at 3x what it did through Mail Chimp.

For sales funnels and not cold emails use constant contact or mailchimp, the mail templates are great and if real optin / verified you will get delivery without the headaches of running your own SMTP and warming up your ip's.

I also heard from several people now that by using these tools (also like mailshake, woodpecker etc.) recently their deliverability went from 85%+ to 30%ish because of some changes from google etc.
I believe gmass is the only viable solution or do you recommend anything else from your experience?

I'm just looking to send 200-500 personalized cold emails a day with a good follow up sequence. I appreciate your time and reply.

What are you referring to by 'spend an extra $10 and get a dedicated IP'? Can you point me into any directions? I heard of setting up SMTP servers, is that what you are also referring to or something else?

Most cloud-based email distribution services have an optional upgrade where you can pay an extra fee each month to have the email servers use a dedicated IP address that only you can send from.

If you just use their regular service, they use the same pool of IP addresses to send everyone's emails. That means people who send absolute garbage emails that get flagged as spam or scammy emails are sent with those IPs.

After receiving tons of emails from those IPs, popular email services like GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail all flag the IP addresses as bad IPs or designate that IP as coming from a bulk email tool, which means emails from it get pushed into the promotions tab - where there's a good chance users will never even see it.

For an extra $10-15/month, you get your own IP and stand a better chance of making it into someone's real inbox, and not those tabs.
