Google changes only affect Gmail and GSuite users, so it really depends on what your list looks like.
The problem is most popular email services end up getting penalized by email services because after a while they realize these are popular email services and in the best case, they tag them as promotional emails (which have low visibility) and in the worst case get flagged as spam.
If you want good results, stay away from Mail Chimp, Send in Blue, Campaign Monitor and Constant Contact - not only they double charging you for services + list size, the deliverability is very low because of abuse and shared IPs.
Go for a smaller unknown service or spend the extra $10 and get a dedicated IP address - your open rates will be so much higher and stand a better chance of actually getting into their inbox (and I'm not talking about "deliverability" but true deliverability - which is making it into their inbox without getting tagged as a promotional update.
Do you think using GSuite with custom domain + Auto Email Warmup(like Mailwarm) + Mailshake(for autoresponder) works for opt-ined promotion email?
