Have seen many controversies here few say should not confuse Google so put the title itself h1.
But Brian Dean says the primary keyword should appear in title, h1 and h2 tags.
How do you guys optimize for better ranking in Google in 2020?

best way to see this, pick one of the most difficult niches and see what they have done. for example
  • DUI Lawyer Los Angeles (interesting thing here is that anytime I run this search for the last few years, https://hartlevin dot com/ is ranked #1, despite all the google updates. so a very good case study to track and learn.)
  • SEO
  • SEO Miami
  • Best laptop bag

you get the idea..... also, what is perhaps more important how many times you have your keyword included in your H tags. pick a keyword and use this tool to see what I am talking about

Title is actually H1. I think what you meant to say is that ....primary keyword should appear in h1 and h2 tags....

So you conclude that title and h1 same.
So in the body we should not use h1 again?
This is what you wanna say?

Title is actually meta title. Then follow the header tags (H1,H2,H3).

It's a standard one.

Exactly! You should use h1 and h2 only once.
Then why seo experts say to use h1 in the body section for better rankings.

But you can see here some say it's not good to use h1 2 times, 1 for title and 1 for h1.

an H1 is usually to big to put anywhere else except the title.

keyword in the title would do. just make sure the keyword appears natural.

Wordpress by default considers the title as H1 right?

Your title should be should be put up in a way to increase the CTR so make sure to play around with it
