so basically i have been promoting on snapchat and all of a sudden whenever i attach a url to a snapchat. it will say "fail to upload to story" any other picture will upload to the story just fine. i made a new account and same thing. then i switched devices thinking my imei was banned. same thing didn't work. i tried different url's than the ones i was promoting such as "http://www.facebook.com" "http://www.instagram.com" they posted fine. but any other site such as "http://www.blackhatworld.com" would have the same "failed to upload to story" message. i then thought it would be the ip address, so one my my friends far away tried the same thing, new account and put a link, same "failed to upload to story" any help? thank you

Did you contact support and asked them why it happened
well it is a cpa link. so i assume that's why, but the thing is, other links like i said "http://www.blackhatworld.com" or "http://www.twitter.com" gets banned too

Same here, i try lot of link and always, the upload of the story failed :/ ... nobody has a solution ? i have trie bit.ly, to link to a tumblr and other neutral plateform but nothing work snif

You could either use a cloaking service (not all of them do work anymore) or "Web 2.0" links.

But sooner or later Snapchat will ban every link, at least after they visited your landing page.

Great, it worked out for me. Guess, I will have to duplicate landing pages just in case they start banning.

Perfect! But you should also modify the previous images, videos and descriptions a little.

Super, ça a marché pour moi. Je suppose que je devrai dupliquer les pages de destination au cas où elles commenceraient à interdire.

comment tu as fait ?

There's a solution to add the URL to the image like other places did time back.

This ban eventually happens to all social websites.

they don't like traffic thift.

image with URL on the image still get you traffic just a lot less

Snapchat has been banning websites in the past. Think about using shortener or set up a redirect on your own domain.
