Hi
OK here's the deal we repeatedly get suspended (this time for 30 days) on Facebook for Community Guideline breaches. The thing is there is nothing wrong with the posts (this time it's for a post that is 5 months old and was boosted quite happily at the time), on appeal they overturn it. However the suspension remains in place even after overturning and trying to get sense out of them is like blood from a stone. It has got to a point where we're thinking of pulling from Facebook altogether because we are waisting so much time dealing with the idiots on customer service. Any suggestions? Any experts we might use to clear this up? We would hate to see five years of work go down the drain, but seriously if this isn't resolved permanently we will have little option.

I had the same problem a few months ago. I contacted them through their email contact form and the issue was resolved. (they took too long to respond to my email though)

yeah tried that - have appealed against and the appeal was upheld...but still suspended - go figure. The super weird thing...the ad where post is boosted is still running
