How To Block Bot Traffic From gammatraffic

Someone is sending bot traffic on my site from trafficbot4free.xyz which redirects on https://www.gammatraffic.com/ this bot traffic tool. I have blocked this url in Google Analytics, Robots.txt, Disavowed in google search console, used cloudflare under attack mode. I have also set the firewall rules. I have also blocked this url in cpanel IP block. used wordpress plugin wordfence. Contacted hosting provider more than 3 times with no help. I have also contacted gammatraffic and they said we can not help.

I have read carlosseo blog as well.

Now is there anyone who can fix this issue or tell me where can I file a complaint regarding this? I am unable to stop this bot traffic and it is still increasing.
