Last night I went to a grocery store as my wife wanted something and I was the payee.

Cool 100% as although we have separate bank accounts we don't see the money as separate.

Guy behind me in line was buying stuff and I told the cashier I wanted to pay for his order.

He said he could pay and I said, 'It is nice to get a gift now and then".

If you can help a random person like that do it... you will sleep like a baby as will the recepient.

This reminds me of last Christmas at a Starbucks drive thru. Lady in front of me paid for my order, so I passed it back to the car behind me. Not sure for how long that chain went along though.

I always help, it doesn't matter if it is with money or something else, as you said you really feel somehow special after that. (I don't mean special like Superman, but special in some right way)

This is good but in my opinion if you help a needy person rather than a random one it will help alot. Not only you but the person who is in need. I'm not sure in which part of the world you live but here in India we can find a bunch on traffic signals. Where I agree one can't help all those but yes a small help can greatly help the person in need.

We had a conversation during the process and it was not demeaning for them at all. It was appreciated.

It was charity; for all I know the guy is worth 40 million dollars but giving to others is something everyone should do to some extent. It does not have to be a few dollars at a grocery store and does not even have to be money. You can bring in your neighbor's trash can for them and 99.9% it will be appreciated.

The main black hat thing to take away from this is to follow BassTrackerBoats to every store. Make sure to buy different hats, mustaches, props to make yourself look different. It may take a few weeks but you'll eventually get something for free. Actually, it's not looking profitable because you'll likely spend more. Trash method.
