I know that this is a very noob question. Actually I was thinking of starting a website but I'am scared because the site will be hosted on a dmca ignored vps and y'all already know why I'am going for the dmca ignored vps. Now question is that "Is there any way to trace me if I buy a dmca ignored hosting using my own credit card?" or Should I buy one using bitcoin?

you should use crypto currencies always, dont buy it from your credit card though. and real dmca ignored hosting requires valid email address only.

Use btc, and make sure you purchase the btc using monero. And put the btc on wallet in your pc. Not the one using email etc.

It's not going to be an issue as long as you don't provide any real information, use a VPN to sign-up and make payment using cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.

If you have PayPal with fake info, then it's fine. But I guess it's not easy to have PayPal with fake info. Better pay with cryptocurrencies to hide your info.

If the domain was not bought with a stealth account or with crypto than buying the hosting with them will not protect you

Use bitcoin.
Rarely they will sue someone without a prior noticement and I doubt that someone is going to DMCA you unless its a big project.

there are darknet hosting providers which you would be safer using also
