Hi, when I search for <MyTown> takeaway on Google; the top results are normally Trip Advisor therefore, I think it's important to rank well on that too.
Does anyone know what ranks well on TA? Is it just reviews? As a takeaway and not a restaurant, most of our customers doesn't leave reviews on TA, and mainly on Fb and GMB. Are there services on here? hopefully local to the UK?

While I know of no services here at BHW, I'm sure you can get your visitors to leave reviews about your business on TA as well if that's what ranks in your town. Ever considered some sort of review management software for your business?

That way, you can steer the reviews your customers are about to leave into any chosen direction.

I would try that if I was you. It scales really well and is completely natural.

There was a guy on BHW who had built a pretty awesome interface for customers looking to leave reviews. It worked really well, too, as you were able to integrate any review platform (even in foreign languages).

no, I haven’t thought of using a program, currently I only emailed them after each order manually so it looks natural and if they are happy, ask them to leave a review if not they can tell me what’s wrong.
Do you have the link to that guys program? Would be cool to check it out.
