I have been trying to do a bit of research as to whether or not I should begin using Originalposter's FeedbackMagnet platform, but so far, I've been unable to find any journeys, comments or any actual feedback from users on the platform itself except from OriginalPoster. It is clear he is very dedicated to providing support to prospects, however, I feel it'd be quite ironic if I were to purchase an ORM program without reading a single review of it.

So is anyone using this? How are they finding it?

Guys, is NOT easy as they say to get customers while you MUST pay their subscriptions, no matter you have customers already or not.

Product is good (technically speaking) but expansive and monthly subscription is a waste of money.

IMO the issue with feedback magnet is the fact that most dedicated review sites don't allow you to filter your customers when funneling them to get them to review your site.

Yesterday, I spoke with a TrustPilot employee and he explicitly told me that they strictly prohibit those sorts of activities.

Disclaimer: Well, most of you already know that I am the co-founder of Feedback Magnet, but I hope to give my unbiased opinion here.

    1. Feedback Magnet has evolved from a simple 'review filtering' service to an enterprise-level ORM platform. We offer a lot more than just 'filtering' your negative reviews. Over the past 3 years, the platform now includes review monitoring, review alerts, social sharing, review widgets, integration with agile CRM and more.

    2. As for trustpilot, I am sure 'how' you ask them. If you ask them whether 'review filtering' is acceptable, what you think they will say? DUH! of course they will say NO. But if you ask them "Can I encourage my happy customers to write me a review about my service/product on your site', then the answer is probably YES.

Asking them about 'filtering reviews' is like asking Google if I can build and buy backlinks to help me rank on Google. What you think Google will say?

    3. We never once advertised (as far as I can remember), that getting client is easy or any sort of 'get-rich-overnight' strategy. We are a 100% whitehat service and we have always been upfront on what we can do, and what we can't do.

While we will be happy to offer as much help possible to help land your clients, such as resources, guides, up to date strategies, but we have zero control over your sales abilities. (that pretty much go for all services... not only us).

If you have any questions, please feel free to PM or email us. We will always be happy to help :)

Based on my experience in running a successful business, it always take money to make more money. We offer 7-days free trial for users to understand the platform, and if you can land a client, that's great! Otherwise, we charge you $47 or $57 month-by-month (no contract, no commitment).

As for those who wonders if our platform even 'work' at all... all I have to say is that feedback magnet has been actively in development and my team are working hard to release new features every quarter. It's been 3 years here on BHW, and we are doing better than ever.

If you look around, there are only a handful of services that are still in active development after 12 months.. on average, most services here bite the dust after a few months.
