I purchased pro, but am scared it will ban my FB account. Anyone wanna scrape for me in exchange for scraping of their own?
 
how's your FB scraping guys? all working good? how's the quality of the leads, email and phone?

i'm looking forward to buy the VIP pack
 
I acquired the business plan and use it 5 days ago. (I waited for activation for more than 5 days).

It really is a faster extraction and at a much higher rate than other systems I've used. I use the VIP. I am getting a maximum of 30% to 40% of e-mails in relation to the number of group members. As for fanpages, I have a problem: I do not extract more than 50K, some do not exceed 30K. 60% 80% seems to me that it's just marketing, utopia.

I tried with 5 pages over 800k. In addition, the fanpage extraction system does not provide the last session ID to restart from where it left off. I spoke with the support and they don't answer, it's been over 30 hours since I called them there. They responded after 30 hours with a "can I help you?", Even though I already sent a message detailing my problem. Will I have to repeat everything I said ??? The support really is extremely slow, unfortunate for such a useful system.

To conclude, I made a Personalized Public on facebook with 400k that I extracted with the system and the FB validated only 160K of emails. A very low and frustrating fee for so much work.

From 0 to 10?
System: 7. considering stability and comparing with others.
Support: 1

They need to improve a lot, but in general it is worth the investment.

If it improves, I come here to update this review.
 
So able to extract real email on each profile in a group. And not just scraping if they made the email public?

This was not so clear to me.

I love it.
I have to buy the software and I can't just ask for a single group to be scraped and pay for that?

Friend, I don't know who you are in this company and it doesn't matter to me. But when I needed product activation I contacted you here by PM and nothing has changed. Even so, I had to wait 5 days to activate the business plan. I am already a member of the Facebook group before paying for the product. Support by Facebook Group is not convenient when you have a Chat on the system. But I read hundreds of posts there related to my problem and saw no solution. In addition, I contacted the group administrator by messenger and he has not responded for more than 30 hours.

If you're interested in improving this, instead of saying that you didn't see me on your list, you should take the problem to someone who can solve it.

I say this to make you better. I am also an entrepreneur and I know the difficulties of a business, but I also know that listening to the customer and solving their problems effectively saves companies.
 
The support is so slow its untrue. I think its just 1 guy called Vicky. The software is up and down. Sometimes it works well, other times its a pain in the a$$ and nothing works. The support always insist on remoting into your computer!

The tool has potential no doubt, it would be good to see how it does if it has good backing and much better support.

Not in my case. I've been on pages with more than 200k, 500k, 800k and millions for 10 days and not more than 50k.

Hi,
don't forget this:

Pages work with engagement
If the page doesn’t have any good engagement it will not work to scrape thousands of emails
And 80% works for groups, not for pages
Pages mostly work for 30% to 50% (its all depends of Page activity)
In case it’s stopped you can run with the next URL To have more emails
Please understand these factors before scraping any page
and you can just not focus on %, scrape more pages and will get more emails :)

I would really love to get this software if it DOES scrape at least 50% of private or public group. Getting 50k emails from 100k group is enough for me. But what i don't understand is that the OP here says mobile facebook version shows the REAL members number of a group. I checked many groups with mobile version of Facebook and it all shows 9000 members. For example i checked a group with 55k members through mobile version of facebook and it says 9000 members. And the OP says the real number is 9000 and Facebook is lying about showing 55k members number. I'm afraid that i won't be able to scrape not more than 7000 email list from a group because every groups i checked, all of them have 9000members according to mobile version of FB.
