Twitter account management tool/software for 30 accounts

Hope you're doing great.

So I'm looking for a tool that supports proxies that can allow me to receive and reply to DMs from 30 accounts.

Most of the tools I find do not support proxies.

How do you want to reply to DMs? Manually to read and reply, all programs should do this.
Automatically reply to DMs? With keyword support for different responses based on keywords?
Chat bot functionality?
Something else?

Not all programs have the above, some have some, some have all. Your best bet is to contact each program in turn and ask them if their program meets your exact requirements. Then grab the trial version or purchase and trial using the refund period and see which you get on best with
