I have recently completed my 4k watch times on my new yt account, all i need now is 800 subs to get monetised.

I am finding difficulties to get remaining 800 sub.

It'll take time to grow your Twitter account but if you make the offer interesting people will happily follow your account and sub to your channel. It's not going to be as fast as other methods perhaps but it manages itself once you begin the giveaway

How slow? One of my YT has a few thousand subs, not a lot.
I set the exchange to send 1000 subs over 4-5 days. The exchange says theyve sent 1000 but only about 400 show in YT. I check again the next day and that 400 halved to 200.

That's the thing. You should actually keep sending the subs non stop till they be stable or you buy them

I have no idea but some exchanges allow you to put how many subs you want per hour.
