The video should be added using some PHP parameter (at the end of the URL), which looks something like:
https://clix.best/top-10-car-insurance-companies-in-the-us/?v=1234
Or anything similar, i'm not that into PHP, but you can see an example here:

Sorry, I want to understand about this more.

Adsense have some policies about ad amount on a page. I think it's 3-4 ads max.
How do they use tons of adsense ads?

Also, buying pop traffic equals garbage visitor quality.
How do they filter out it? Or do they?
 
Very smart strategy.
I would be carefult though. You might get banned from Adsense and other networks if they discover it. Those kinds of loopholes never last too long.

This definitely helps a lot of people include me, thanks for your explanation. While I do not understand ad server thing, never touched it. So for me the page loads tons of adsense ads, its just like auto ads, so what the role of a "ad server" is doing here? It seems not all ads are adsense, but most majority are.

What the ad trick behind a page like this?
 
People are going on these sites to watch movies. I don't think most of them will click on loans ads. But if the cpc is high enough it can make the difference.

That was back in time, but not anymore,
As far as I know, it's okay to put as many ads as you want as far as it doesn't cover content or fullscreen, dunno about all for real

Compared to any other loan website, you can get a lot of traffic with very lower competition in the movie streaming niche,
So, even if the clicks are much less, they will be overpaid even for dozens of clicks among thousands of visits
 
Do you guys have any idea what network they are using? I checked their view-source page and can't find the adsense publisher code. Try searching "ca-pub" and you won't see any result.

I'm not really into this, but I can say that by common sense,

After all, imagine the majority of some website (monetized by AdSense for example) traffic is spent for some short period of time,
That will be weird and sounds like its made by some software (bot),
So, I think to spend some good time on the website and mixing up the duration of each visit will make things look much cleaner,

In the other hand, imagine that the user was redirected from some article about a totally different niche (cooking for example),
So, when he was looking for some pasta recipe, he found himself reading an article about loans and filled by Ads, he will bounce back quickly most of the time,
So, that will make things looking suspicious

All of this is just in theory and by common sense, I have no big experience with it but this is how I do see things,
