Pinterest Shadow Banned Account Issue

Due to my researches for 6 months. I am pretty sure that, If there is owner_request written as a value of noindex_reason param and false as a value of index params meaning that account is shadowed or ghosted. If there is something like "" everything OK. Actually, I don't know it's returning on pinterest.com but on backend request you can check it on UserResource/get endpoint while inspecting network via chrome

In the blank you will write the pinterest username. and then you will click 'sorgula' if you see green there everything is normal bro

and what is the solution to escape from banner
and create account with vpn and after 2 day i got a shadow ban

within the new pinterest algorithm it's really hard to say something clear. What I've learned from my latest tests is drive pinterest safer.
