I Need help with Maxbounty

Hi I'm trying to apply to Maxbounty, I have been rejected several times, always without even calling me first. The first few times I didn't have a professional website, but now I do and they always put me on the same manager. So I would like to know if there is a trick for another manager to receive my application or if they know some way that I can call them.
