Yeah...Yeah, I did send an email to your abuse team with all my details no response from anyone
its 10 days already and yes 10 working days also completed.
now, this panel is more strict and require more details than opening an inland bank account in NY or CA to submit a request.
People who submitted that abuse appeal knows why I did mention the above sentence.

All of that balance came from social sharing so I am just giving a second thought on opening a shitlist but the response from this team is so ridiculous. I mean in real there is no response at all.

1)anyone else's account blocked after their balance reached 50$
2) did anyone resolved their issue and got back their account with balance by appealing to their so-called abuse team?

I did use it for more than a year everything was fine when my bal was less than 50$, is that red mark to reach on this panel??

@KJREDDY247@ I am also a victim of their scam ...... I lost $60 in balance. I have also filled the form and they have not responded nor they ever will i think... I honestly hope that admin of this forum set this right as they are scamming people after they got money from us.

Your account is suspended. That means You abuse Using our Panel in some way
There is no relation between your account suspension and it's balance!
As our abuse team don't have any contact way,
You can complete the form with all requested information.

If your account didn't make any abuse, be sure that your account will be back with it's balance ^^

We don't know about your order case or even your order ID, but in case you had an issue with your order, the default is submitting a ticket to Support and our support team will check this order and fix if there was an error!
So Have you already submitted a ticket to support and there is no response?

After check this ticket ID #8325 with the support team, we found that there was already a response from our support team telling you that they will check your both orders and fix if there is an error!
So please check again this ticket and our response!
