Yes BHW but OP want to offer web development. Its a super competitive field. There are many established web developers in market place. You cant just willy nilly offer web development because you got 100 post and jr vip by opening a thread , it will be rejected. You gotta find your USP unique selling proposition. You gotta carve out your niche, your corner. If that make sense.

you already Jr.VIP so Please make an offer thread here. this is an easy way from others' sites because as far I heard blackhatworld.com is a very good platform for get first some work easily. or you can make a profile to Upwork, Fiverr,PeoplePerHour,99Designs or Guru with very low work rate. when you complete some work then you can increase your work rate. I think maybe you already have done some things from here. I wish you success.

Hi Daniel, I would recommend you to try Insolvo. It is a new, quickly developing and highly promising freelance marketplace.

One thing didn't get, though I read all rules and regulations of BHW, I want to know that If I offer my service after being a Jr. VIP then it would cost only $30? So, this means I can post my sells thread only for $30? As much as selling thread I can Post for $30 every time? So in this case, would I have to pay $499 as well each year?
