Public keys start with 3. Its likely those are multi-signature wallets and its just bitstamp reorganizing. Much more likely than the 2nd largest address having been hacked or getting ready to dump it all anyway.

These are pay 2 script addrs. I searched it too. Could be anyone TBH.

Yeah and it will give easy access monitoring your life, with one click they can block you out of your all money. This enslavement system is in its infancy in China known as social credit system.
