Confused in buying expired domain

hello, currently I am searching for expired domain and I found one expired domain whose ahref score is 45 and uber suggest DA score is 41 and there is no domain score showing in moz.

After this, I checked the site in the way back machine and I found that this is a link shorter website.

After that I checked the Anchor Text -> 49% of anchor text is the same

This domain has 32,895 backlinks, 1225 referring domains and 2.gov .edu

To check if it is indexed on google or not I used the site:sitename.ext and it is indexed in google

My blog website is tech and recharge tricks related.

Do I have to buy this domain and do 301 redirect to my site? please suggest me its urgent
