[Journey] Blasting Would-Be-New Domain with Automated Tools

Hi there,
I've been reading countless threads on how people are saying DO NOT build Tier 1 links using automated tools to your money site. Therefore I am creating this journey to test if this is true.

Pre-requisites/Tools:
Domain Name: DO NOT register the domain name first. I got this idea from @BassTrackerBoats where https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/is-it-good-to-blast-backlink-to-a-new-domain-without-indexing.1164310/post-12468609

Method: Now the method involves blasting a shit ton of links without drip feeding, using the automated tools above. All filtering have been removed. The key here is "DO NOT" register the domain name while the blast is being done. After all blasting is completed, I will then wait 1 FULL MONTH before registering the domain (If nobody has registered it yet).
According to @BassTrackerBoats if the domain doesnt exist, Big G cant penalize it

Anchor Text: Only "Brand" and "Naked URL" links. Nothing else.

6th June 2020: I have now started the blast, and will see how many unique domain links I am able to build. Ranker X alone already has around 900 Unique Domains.

Yes, if this method works I won't need to buy expensive expired domains for my PBNs.
Just spam a ton of links on "non-existent" domains, wait 1 month and register them all.
