I think this guy has done a runner, I bought the software mid June and tried contacting him via here and his site and he's not answering, he's also not been active on here since 26th May

No none.
I have already raised a dispute on PayPal and handled the case to them.
I've got a good case now as I've literally paid and got no license/software in return.
Hence, daylight robbery!
