ive seen this dude spamming whole yt with ads. someone told me its either real youtube ads he paid for or its some youtube ads exploit that some people know like a bug.

what proabably happened 101 percent he bought some high quality smm subs that dont get removed.

101 percent botted, he disabled comments and hide likes.

he mustve initially bought few thousand subs, smm views and watchtime then appplied, after got approved monetization, bought massive amount of smm subs, becoz for so less views like 30k, he got 447k subs as per social blade in 1 day.so its smm subs. gaining 447k subs in a day is possible to achieve by the biggest channels

after he purchased smm subs, he is now spamming with yt ads.
probably he has a lot of money , like insane money i will guarentee u..

nobody can bot their way or spam with ads that much unless they got enuf money
