The service remains the same, I'm using them and no notice of any problem. Maybe they break some rule of BHW. I don't know.

Their BST has been closed. So, if someone is still using them; they might be at risk. Better stop using them.

Not trusted on BHW, no. You can't open a shitlist thread if you get scammed (even if you manage to in this particular case, it won't make any sense as the user got banned). Doesn't mean people don't use them. I use Digital Ocean for example, and they don't have a BST here.

im not sure who he is or what he did but as a thumb rule using a banned member service is a bad idea period. If you get scammed later on remember mods cant help you. Also to know more of him use the support button because no one from here can tell you anything

I disagree completely of what you said. Some Hosting Providers doesn't have thread here, some of them have been banned (BlueAngelHost) take that as example.
But that doesn't mean you are in risk.. That's a little "stupid" because he or she has been banned from BHW, doesn't mean nothing.
You don't know what has happening behind the scenes. Probably they break some rule of BHW. I don't know.
But that doesn't mean necessarily they are bad or you are in risk lol.

You didn't say the reason. So I can say the same of AbeloHost (suspending some clients and users in the forum because they have suffered pressure from Anti-Piracy Groups) if you read their thread you will see. They only reply to users about copyright content or warez content via PM. That's strange for a "offshore" hosting... Wanna talk about that?
If you don't say or you can't say the reason, why to don't use them, I don't see the reason why to stop using them. If you don't say the reason the question is: Why should users or clients leave them? None.
