- if im maka 5 Tier 1 Using Web 2.0 (Weebly, Blogspot, Wordpres, Wix, Jimdo) and 5 using PBN and im connecting each other is that good? (im also make backlink like profile and comment to my each tier 1 link)
Will it be good if im using this method and make a backlink homepage using my tier 1 link to my money site??

Each backlink must look like it;s coming from genuine unique source. Now you are making it obvious YOU are behind it all.

Its not good practice, chances to harm, as backlinks links should be legit and not connected. Better you can try for relevant links form unique site.

On a small scale you'll probably be ok but once you start getting traffic and get a manual review this might be problematic.

Try and make your backlink profile look as natural as possible

Get some brand links first, than some fresh web 2.0 which you can blast. Let it sit than spam some expired tunblrs or what ever web2.0 you fancy.
