ideally you should strive to post on instagram 3 times a day, and also post a story everyday. the algorithm favours accounts that are active from personal experience of having grown a page to 20k in 6 months.

If I post I do get links and comments, without hashtags.

But what I want to know, if I plugin my username on these ER calculators online it returns a very low number less than 1% and my followers are about 129k.

So am confused
