The telegra.ph site doesn't collect email addresses, has no ads, no newsletter signup, doesn't sell anything. Curious as to how it's monetized. Why does it exist? Any ideas?
You can enter an article of any length, upload images to it, embed youtube videos, link to any sites. So it does allow a person to create and post "real" articles. But none of the articles are displayed, there's no search function, no categories, no way for any visitor to view any articles. Every visitor just sees a blank page with an editor. The only way to visit an article is if you already know the URL of an article (and no one but the creator of an article knows an article's URL). It just seems like a place to "deposit" articles, never to be seen again by anyone. Very confused why a person would create such a site (it must serve some purpose for the site owner, but I can't figure it out).
At first I thought maybe the site owner was just using it as a way to get free content for other websites he owns - let a bunch of suckers (us) do the work of entering articles that he would simply use for his own purposes. But that doesn't make sense, because people can enter whatever they want as articles, including existing articles from other sites, spun garbage, anything, so the site owner might just end up with thousands of crappy, useless posts.

And last question.. because you can put a link or a URL to your article, that's considered a backlink?
Oh I see. So it's like "making the system think someone's linking to you."Correct.
Hello guys today I just find out this interesting backlink, can't believe how simple is it...so enjoy.
