1. yes of course, otherwise my product would be not here :) I would add that your account is safe because we use it only to connect into group. The tool scrapes using our own API. Even scraping Pages, you don't need any Facebook account..
2. its SAAS, no matter where you use it BUT, only one browser work, if you open a second one, the job will stop. Also, if you connect your FB account at home then from your VPSs, your Facebook may be locked by Facebook for security reasons. Not related with us.
3. Well, I requests with Payapl but I can provide you VTC address if ever its your only one method.

Also, One thing always you have to follow before scraping:
1st : logout your X2Emails account and then login back
2nd : remove your existing Facebook account and then re add your Facebook account token and cookie. (to be sure that the account is logged in correctly)

Can I get a trial on the software before buying?
 
So i got five questions.
1) Do i not have to be admin of a page that wants to scrape it's fans email address?
2) What's the speed of scraping? How many email address per hour for example.
3) I just need to be joined in the group that i want to scrape members emails?
4) Is it possible to purchase PRO package first and then upgrade it to Business package by paying the margin price?
5) So there is a group with 700 thousand members. As Facebook requires email or phone number to register account, i believe all of them have either mobile number or email address. So with Business package, i get 80% or around 560,000 email or phone numbers?

1- you don't need to be admin at all, you don't even need account or liked
2- very hard to say, it depends server loads and API speed at that time, but lets say thousands
3- correct

Guys, beware, this software is A SCAM.

I purchased the most expensive one (VIP + IG), Let's not speak about the fact that it doesn't extract 80% at all, Maybe 20% but the E-mails that you are getting has nothing to do with the page you scraped from.

I did a test my self after getting my license 2 days ago, I searched up the FB members they extracted and checked if they liked that Fan page, they haven't.

The cheaper package will extract real people that related to that group\fanpage but only 2% as they claim, after you upgrade to the VIP all the results are bs.

They will ask you to leave feedback on BHW, also they have plenty of negative feedbacks, I feel stupid for buying this after seeing all those feedbacks. Anyway- beware, also on their FB Group you can't write comment without their permission for obvious reasons...

about the last. lot of discussion and misunderstanding there.
easy to grab data then say its scam to get a refund.

the page scraper feature doesn't scrape data from who liked the page but from posts and comments. so it doesn't make any sense to check people's profile to find if they have liked that page or not. it works to grab data from page post.
i can elaborate on the discussion we had but its not the goal here. Just before cry, ask questions and do more tests. I'm here and we have a team to help you out with any issues.

So 80% data extraction is not true for page extraction? But i'm planning to use it for group extraction. How about that? Does it extract data from members list or from their posts?
