What are your favorite countries to target?

When it comes to advertising we all targeting top countries such as Usa, Canada, Australia etc But sometimes targeting these countries might be a bit expensive for some niches.

So what are your favorite countries to target for Facebook Ad (or any other ad networks) after top countries?

Years before i was doing ppc for a software company and top tier countries' cpc was high and not goog roi i was getting. Later i started targeting brazil and kenya, interesting it was far better roi and the sale quantity was same.
