i saw a guy make 3.9k usd for just 19k views lmao.

Any tips on how to get views? I have a property development company in the UK and I'm currently making walkthrough videos and how to basically do what I do, Feels like the niche my be too small as it is UK specific and only the top top YouTubers have 100k subs

seriously, i don't think that anybody here, with all the good will, is going to share info about best converting niches, there are pro-tools that can spy on advertisers and analyse their spending over the internet,
that alone can hint you about their ROI, but note that those tools cost hundreds of $ per month of subscription.

anyway you can do it yourself, clear your cookies and start to map the ads you see on YouTube or elsewhere, also you can dive into google adwords to check costs of bids and competition level for high search volume keywords, google trends is a source to get some ideas for trending niches. good luck!

lol what are you talking about, the top real estate walkthrough YouTubers (or however you wanna call it) are at about 1-2 million followers, that's a great niche if you are able to do these types of videos. Just gotta work on the thumbnails and titles to make them look really good

Maybe I am thinking too narrow, I am talking about like real estate investing tutorials, for eg like how to analyse a deal etc or a walkthrough of a terraced house which I did up for airbnb etc.

I have been ones with millions of views but they are walkthroughs of 10Mill houses etc. For me It is not really about getting ad revenue, but more about having UK landlords and investors view my videos and inquire about my services.
