How do you collect emails using social media?

I'm building a Facebook page, Instagram page and a Facebook group in the science and education niche, it's all white hat stuff i'm growing slowly but i've yet to think of a method to extract emails using social media without redirecting my audience to other website.
I'm currently not selling anything or generating cash as i have better plans once i get bigger so building an email database is what i wanna do for now.

You can get emails by using lead generation FB ads for example. That is the only way I know. I'm sure there are (many) others but I use FB ads to collect emails. You can advertise for pretty cheap if you know how.

Yes but won't it raise the anxiety of my audience? i kinda wanna make it entirely organic and friendly to build a good amount of trust.

Not if you provide value. If you want organic host a Twitter chat or a FB group and make sure you focus on value and not on collecting emails.
