I don't have any account service providers to recommend as haven't purchased accounts for years, so I just don't know. You can try searching on google and testing a few out. Or the twitter thread here on BHW will probably be useful in getting uptodate information from other twitter active BHW members:

I use jarvee and have OK success on a M/S method but I get quite a few bans/phone verifications/password resets... is that common with your software too, or does it use contextual actions to prevent this?

bans / phone verifications / password resets are more todo with what you tell the program to do and how to do it. If you are hitting it 100% with fake accounts on low quality IPs with spammy behaviour, repeating the same actions over and over again, you are going to cause these issues even if you pay a group of people to perform these actions manually.

So yes, some people have issues as you have described, others with better usage patterns do not. Will you? I cannot say for sure, but there is a 30 day trial period so you have plenty of time to test and see results with the option for a full 100% refund

Pros:
- Reasonable price: One-time fee and unlimited accounts/actions
- Responsive support: email reply by one working day
- Helpful developer: fixed a few bugs and did a few new features in a month
- Active community: have an active forum
- Very stable: no error/stop during my usage
- Very powerful: many filters and options to bulk scrape, filter and post
- Frequent update: have some updates in every week
- Scraping feature is my favourite: can filter by tweet, user, and result

Cons:
- Too powerful with many options and hence have a deep learning curve
- The UI is a bit traditional

Suggestions:
- Improve the recording sound of tutorial video
- Combine and streamline the scraping features of all the 4 social tools into one tool => great opportunity

Overall, it's a very powerful tool if you take time to learn.
Highly recommended for everyone who want to automate/scrape on Twitter!

yes yes yes I know. They do need all redoing one day.

Although it sounds simple, it would be a hell of a task to bring it all together in a nice package. I can definitely see the benefits to the user, but at this time, such a program won't be forth coming. Perhaps next year, when the current internal projects we have on to tidy up the business and bring everything together is a much more robust codebase, things like this will be straight forward to do, to just knock out new products from existing features, but at this time it isn't something we will be looking at in the near term. But as with all suggestions, everything is noted and one day, perhaps we can do something

Wait a few days and then able to do it again but only for people I have not sent a DM before. And wait a few days same..

Not sure I understand.
You want to scrape a tweets retweeters, then filter in those who are also following you and then send them a DM? Is that correct?

DMs you need to be careful with, it is the best tool for spamming, thus twitter is on the case. If from the above you have 10 profiles to DM, fine, if you have 1000, not so. If you want to send the exact same message, not so good (this is spam) if you can change the text, spintax / tokens that is better.

Outside of twitters limitations / blocks on your DM content, the program will attempt it, but I cannot guarantee it works, if for example your account is crappy, your IP low quality, you;ve had previous blocks for spam, your DM text contains spam trigger words and you try and DM 1000 users in 10 minutes with the same text. That is all outside our control

I want to have an automated solution for specific bots to post on specific users posts with a comment BUT keeping the user on BLOCK. I.e. Yes there is a module that allows you to "watch" a profile for new tweets and reply. The only "potential" issue is how often you want to scrape to look for new tweets. IF you want to be first reply you need to scrape heavily and this eventually will trigger over scraping. To avoid this, you can provide a list of proxies to perform the scraping. Obviously this relies on your proxies being good quality and the more you have the more often you can scrape. But if you want to scrape every hour, then you don't need to worry.

As for blocking the user, the program can block users, so as long as twitter lets you view a profiles tweets and reply (comment) to a user you have blocked, there will be no issue. I've never tried this so cannot say categorically, but if twitter allows it, then twitterdub can do it. IF twitter does NOT allow it, then probably we can do something to make it work for you (unban > post > block again) but that would just leave potential issue what happens to your replies that were made to a profile you have blocked, if they still appear - there is no issue. If it removes your posts, then what you do is not possible
