Just I checked the page speed, It's slow, I don't have any Idea to increase the Page Speed.

Install plugin WP Rocket, and you should improve speed just with the default option.
By tweaking more the settings, you can improve speed even further.

wp super cache + phast press + lazy load + CDN. You can get 80+ if you not add any ads.

Remove all the unsed themes and plugins.

Download wp super cache + lazy load.

This should be enough to make your website speed decent.

No need to running behind the 100% target. As per my experience a very slow speed will hurt your ranking but a very fast speed will not give you any advantage in ranking.

Use the CDN theme on bluehost. Bluehost has an average shared speed of 386ms much faster and cheaper compared to other webhosting sites.

If you would like to keep your site´s URL private you can PM it to me and I will gladly take a look for you (No charge). It´s difficult to pinpoint what you can do in order to improve your site´s loading speed.

But, anyway, here are some stuff you can take a look at that might be causing issues...

• Fast Hosting
• Lightweight and fast-loading theme
• Update your site´s PHP (Assuming you´re using WordPress) to the latest version
• Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN)
• Only embed videos (Don´t upload them)
• Resizing and optimize images
• Minify CSS and JS files
• Enable caching
• Enable GZIP compression
• Use lazy loading
• Regularly clean your site´s database
• Reduce HTTP Requests
• Deactivate or uninstall unnecessary plugins
• Keep external scripts to a minimum (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Fonts, etc)
  
• Disable hotlinking and leeching of your content
  
• Add an expires header to static resources
  
• Reduce comments per page
  
• Reduce social media calls

Saw a list of plugins that slow down websites. Find it out if possible. remove as must as plugins you can. remember, wordpress sites are generally heavy. so we should keep them light as much as we can.

Upgrade your hosting, compress the image size used in your site by Changing the resolution, remove unnecessary plugins used in your site.

Don't use too many plugins, so remove all the unused plugins, reduce number of ads, choose a fast host and I think this would be enough to make your website speed

3. Use wp-rocket with all option enabled (or almost all of them)
4. Use the minimum possibly of plugins

If you use ad network banners/pops , keep in mind some of them like ad-maven give you extra 5sec of loading time. SECONDS, not miliseconds. Use whisly even the ad network witch you work with.

Test every change with the new thing and without new thing. Then move forward to the next thing.

When you start something new, always, install wp-rocket and the seo plugin witch you preffer. Then test everything you add to website, 1 by 1. In this way you have a max score without anything, and you will see how much load take every new change.

Images are usually the main reason for slow websites.

Short pixel plugin for wordpress compresses a bunch of images for free even better than photoshop can and if you have a lot of pics for $10 you can buy more photo compression credits than you will probably ever need.

Also keep your plugin count low. Delete as many unnecessary ones as possible.

Akismet for example comes standard with wordpress usually but all u have to do is click "moderate comments" and boom u stop spam without a plugin lol
