For example, you said that you bid for a project, get the project, and deliver it to lets say "John", but John doesn't do a good job or satisfy the client with his results for the project.
Since you are the one bidding and accepting the project, do you get the bad review for this project because John did poorly and didn't deliver a good job?

Yes of course. I'm putting my profile's reputation at risk here and if John turns out to be an asshole, my job success score goes down, and it has in the recent months. But what I've noticed is that my earnings and the job success score are not correlated. My job success score right now is at 60% But you can see from my posts above, it does not stop me from getting new projects. It's all about the proposal template (at least in my niche).
