What if those freelancers are not doing good job or providing poor quality jobs?

Anyway, I think freelancer site is much easier getting clients. So it's all about building good connection with your clients, making sure they are happy with your services. As soon as you complete one project, you can get another project with them and then give them a little higher pricing. The reason is because they really love working with you, they won't mind paying higher price for your services.

In my opinion, you need to establish your own agency out of upwork and start reaching out for clients without upwork as well in order to achieve your goal faster.

There is a guide on BHW i cant recall to approve your upwork account. I opened an account just for the sake and did what the guide told me to and they approved my newly opened account in few mins.

Just a side note can an account opened as a mobile application developer be changed to something else??

My experience with this is that once you get your accounts verified (the video call thing they do) they don't bother you.

I'm using 3 different accounts from 3 different countries on my laptop. No problem faced so far.

I maybe completely wrong though. Please do more research on this matter.

Had a very bad experience with a 2D animator JV. I bid and got him a project for $700 and as soon as he got it he messaged me how it's unfair of me to ask for a cut in the earnings cuz I'm only doing the bidding and he's doing all the work and all that.

If you're willing to play the long term game with long term people then I can JV.

What happens what a lead that you generated for 3rd party is not completing the job correctly or according to the clients satisfaction ?

Do you get the bad feedback or?
