I had a terrible experience with this Panel and after exhausting all diplomatic channels of communication it is best I narrate my experience here so others don't have to go through the ordeal as I did.
I joined SMM.net panel with the hope of driving real human traffic, after getting the $1 test credit, I was wowed by the instructional video in the User dashboard and I funded my account with $5.
I ordered for Website Traffic and for more than 24 hours my request was still pending, I called the attention of the Customer Support and I was assured of deliverability and I told to relax. Days later I requested a refund and was told to be patient that the issue would be fixed soon.
I decided to try again two days ago, and it seemed it is a recurring problem.
I joined the platform solely for Website Traffic and I have been sending them messages to fix the issue, but they keep telling me they working on it for more than 1 week now.
I asked to know if the service is non-existent and I never got a reply.
I was convinced when @Society Girl recommended the thread and I decided to try it out myself but I am disappointed, to say the least.
In case anyone is hoping to join the platform because of Website Traffic, PLEASE DONT BOTHER BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
I am no longer interested in using the platform and I am seeking total refund of my initial deposit since I have an untouched balance.

I agree. The shittiest panel here. Got $1 credit, selected youtube, says in description min order is 100, when I put 100 it gives me error saying it's 500. Can't even fix their shitty website. lol

The problematic Web Traffic Option has been disabled, and I tried using my credit for other Service like Facebook Likes and the service worked smoothly.
My earlier outburst was as a result of insufficient communication.
I can only speak of the service I have used in SMM.net panel (Facebook Like) and honestly, it worked without issue. So anyone hoping to try that out should not be scared of my earlier scathing remark.
