Hi,

While purchasing expired domain, its age was 11 years. It was listed in deleted domains.
After purchase, when I check its age in free tools, its age showing since date its purchased like 15 days old.

Why so?

How to resume its age as before?

Can't get its age now? What is the solution?
How to purchase then aged domain?
You purchased an expired domain. This means, it "resets" to the first day you bought it. If you want an aged domain, check domain marketplaces like Sedo, GoDaddy, etc.

But still showing its good seo metrices ( PA , DA) and backlinks.
Should I go with it or purchase another one?

If its clean give it a try but auctioned domains are bettwr :)

Guys, he is talking about how old it s. The best bet for domain age is to go to http://web.archive.org/
and search the earliest recorded date it has

like BHW's earliest date is 2006

is it good to go with it?

is it? domain age is not ranking factor?

It absolutely isn't and never have been and most of this thread is full of shit.

Age that matters is the age of the content on the site itself. Not a random number when the domain was registered the first time.

Expired domain doesn't contain any aged content. So how it is valuable for a new site or project?
Please shed some light here.

According to your post, age of the content is the thing that matters the most. So how expired domains with higher DA, TF, RD contribute in rankings?

Thanks

I have no idea what there is to explain. When you have 500 referring domains already ready and in place, instead of 0 on a fresh domain, then that does a world of difference.
