Hi, it seems to be a nice service!
I have some emails I scraped online and I would like to send around 5000 per day. Do I need a domain name to use your service?
Also, are rotating IPs included in the starter pack so the emails are not blocked if too many people mark them as spam ?

Yes Domain is necessary to send emails and we will setup DNS so don't worry. Starter package doesn't comes with multiple IPs and 5000 emails per day you really dont need multiple ips cause we perfectly setup hourly throttle so that your 5k emails are evenly spread over 24 hours and emailing will be much safer. When too many people mark your emails as SPAM providers like gmail , Yahoo will temporarily block your emails so try to maintain professional email content which will avoid marking as SPAM. Little care with IP blacklist incase that happens server will auto de-list them but your server will be down when recovering IPs.

Scam of a service. I just threw my money away to this thieves. The service is regular cheap ass vps with single IP, but hewill show you screenshot of photoshopped page that makes it seem as though he gave you 10 Ip's. 250USD wasted, I sent total of 10,000 emails ad server got shut down, yet he promised I can do 50000 emails daily. Bulletproof my foot. Its a bunch of scammers lookign for people to defraud with stupid cheap ass service. I advise you, spend that money on facebook ads or anything else that can promote you. This service is a waste pipe that will drain out all your money and give you zilch. I was blocked in 30 mins. 30 MINS. Then he said it must be my list.

I wonder just how many people have parted with their good hard earned money because they decided to try out this scam of a service. He always has something evil to say after defrauding you.

Before I tried this service I saw a guy on this thread who lost his 400+ USD and still wanted to give it a go. I asked Xcodes about it but he said the guy was mailing too fast. Now in my case my list is just bad, so I have to buy his lists, or pay for cleaning service. BAd take is ad. Bad service is bad.
