Movie App making

Hello everyone,

i was thinking about to make an android app for movie streaming. I just want to know if It is safe to make so.
I will use offshore database and vpn to do everything and not personal email account. Movies will not be stored on my servers. It will be from by other uploaders from the internet.

please let me know if it is ok to do?

because I also want to monetize it.. maybe admob allow it or not? Facebook ads? Any recommendations?

You shouldn't have any trouble with staying safe and anonymous if you do what you just said. The problem here is to distribute your application. I doubt you'll be able to put it on the Appstore or Play Store.

I will not upload it on playstore. I will use other app website platforms to upload it.

Not with the big bois. You need to find your own way.
