I'm not planning to build a movie streaming website but it had TONS of info that I can use with my other projects.
I haven't checked how much OP charges for it, but I would pay around 50€ at least

My Honest Review:

Ordered Emperor Package

I was agreed for two websites from the Katja, One English and one on my language.
Websites was delivered really fast under half hour, what i think is awesome lots of services here where you order something need to wait days if not even weeks to get the stuff you payed for, but not in this service you will get what you ordered and really fast.

I really was have luck, Katja was kind enough to give me bonus and fill the website more with content.
Websites has great layout, themes and plugins are fully registered what is very important I was not see that somebody mentioned that, for those are needed probably 40-60$ so do the math.
Katja was kind enough to help me setup the ads on the website, to be honest she was not needed to do that, but was helped me anyway. So my big Respect for Her.

You will also got Manual 26 page well writen and everything is explained even if you are completly newby. ( Basicly almost Spoonfeeding ). It contains all the informations that is important to movie website, Legal and Creative way. To be honest on the Manual is Covered more the Legal way, but contains also stuff for Creative Way ( Well Explained What Domain and Hosting Registar you should use for Legal and what for Creative, and what you not should use to stay safe. How to stay safe and anonimous. How to setup the page info, how to add the new content, what should do for SEO and rewrite descriptions, what to do to get more traffic, and so on... )

I think that Katja was doing that on Manual on purpose as a newby buyer who not know to much about the movie niche, so to start its always recommended to do legal way until you not learn the skills, and have knowledge to safely use and apply the Creative way. That way i think protect clients to not make some problems until not learn the whole process. That is my opinion....any way i will leave that to you to think about that.

Anyway if you want to jump in the movie niche, this is the right way. As the OP will do all the hard work instead of you, than just need the continue work, add more content and to get some traffic.
For the Income part not know, i will update the thread with result.

My review:
Ebook contains 26 pages of very well written information about starting your movie website in 2 ways: Legal and 'Creative'.
I used to have a movie website which was doing pretty good on traffic numbers and i can say that this ebook contains 90% of what i was doing.

For a newbie would be really helpful to rely on this, as this is basically the way to start your 'adventure' with a movie website.
Ebook also contains information on how to grow your site, stay private and monetize it.

My review: Ebook itself is well written and doesn't let you feel that it's a get rich quick scheme. You have to put work in but rewards and traffic (and money of course) can be great. All ad networks for movie traffic are there, hosting and domain providers + different traffic methods. Very detailed stuff if you want to start a movie site!
 
I was provided the review copy of the ebook. I must say I am impressed with how much information is provided in that short 26 pages ebook, it is full of useful content to start your movie site. Everything is covered from creating website to building traffic and monetization. She can easily charge $50 for that ebook alone.

Also, the sample of the movie site looks clean, professional, and easy to navigate.

If you are serious about building a movie site empire, she is the person you want to do business with.
