Hello all
i never posted there but i'm searching to buy an ig account (wedding niche).
Am i allowed to post there or not?

But this isn't the correct section... or is it ok too?

There are plenty of sellers who offer Instagram accounts under the social media section of the marketplace. Message a few of them or reply to their thread and ask if they have anything in the wedding niche. :)

Sorry but i probably misunderstood the forum rules.
I bought an account paying with good and services.

After that the seller tolds me i need to pay as "friends or family" or he'll not provide me the OG email.

Am i missing something?

Anyway he just refunded me, but i don't understand what's the correct way to use the marketplace here then.

Usually, you just send a PM to the seller (the guy that runs the marketplace thread) and you do the transaction according to the payment details he has set on the opening post.
You can also open a thread in the WTB (Want To Buy) section where Jr.Vip/Premium/Marketplace seller members will be able to contact you and offer their services/products to you.
The WTB section is here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/ and the rules for that section: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/rules-posting-in-want-to-buy.951771/

If any of the sellers (or the guys that contacted you through a WTB thread) trick you or you didn't get the same quality as they advertised (and they don't want to refund you) you can always open a ShitList thread (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/dispute-resolution.31/).

Side node: If someone who is not a paid member is trying to sell you anything, you can report him using the 'Report' button (as normal members are not allowed to sell on BHW).

What you did was right way, most people do in the same manner. You can choose another seller.

After that the seller tolds me i need to pay as "friends or family".

I'd never do business with someone who insists on that payment method.

Never.

Anyone who does is making a mistake in my opinion and I've been in business for over 40 years.

The thing i don't understand... Does paypal applies taxes on transation with "goods and services"?

Thats not the reason. If you send a payment through friends and family then you cant raise an issue on paypal and get refund of your amount if the product is not upto your satisfaction. So there's a good chance that you will be scammed by the seller.
But on the other hand there are concerns for sellers too that some scammers buy their services and just open an issue on Paypal and get the refund and it is very much a possibilty here if the buyer's account on blackhat is new or he doesnt care to be shitlisted.

I imagined that but i thought there was some taxing on "goods and services".
The common sense on every online transation is to "protect the buyer".
The policies, everywhere, are very bright: the buyer has to be protected to continue spending money with our services.

Just gifting money to foreign sellers is the opposite of common sense since you are not defended at all:
- what about if the seller doesn't have OG email OR not gives you its access?
- what if the seller gives you a different product?
- what if the seller faked all the data and you get a mostly dead account with fake followers and fake engagements?

It's too risky, and i already gave a negative feedback to the seller (now i noticed that his tread got closed on marketplace).
