hmmm what i noticed , in fact all wallet, exchange got ask to give ID , verify yourself etc this is to prevent been use " illegally on other stuffs etc "
I don't know others , but i go those establish wallet exchange , need to produce ID , real address , photo of yourself .

what it means , if they detect you using the exchange to sell BTC for cash from " illegal dealings etc " they can just submit your info to authority
