Amazon suspended my seller account

Hi,
Amazon suspended my seller account because of 'used sold as new products'. Now I have to submit a plan of action. It's not the end of the world though as I have multiple Amazon seller accounts. It is annoying though as I only sell new products! Has this or similar issue happened to anyone else?

Yes I have seen that.

As customers are always right at amazon, if customer says so, seller is wrong and will have a very hard time to prove otherwise.

So all you can do is apologize, give them some plan and some bs, keep on doing that until they reinstate your account.

It normally happens when your competitors hijack your listing and order from you and then report to Amazon. Were there are other sellers who were doing Meetoo on your listing?

Amazon is worse than Paypal when it comes to seller protection. Do they tell you how many items were 'used sold as new products'?

Just pulled the plug on a Professional Plan selling for 5 years. Their Seller Support is non-existent. Amazon sucks!
